Activ’Été

Activ'été is a public day camp organized by the City of Châteauguay. Every year there are more than 900 children registering. The service points are located in various city schools. With its varied and interesting programming and with its many day trips, Activ'Été is one of the most popular camps in the region.

Activ'Été reserves several places for children with special needs.

Summer Program Activ’ÉTÉ 2012

Kids from 5 to 15 years of age can get ready for a summer full of exciting memories! The 2012 summer program will provide wide-ranging activities and outings, under the watchful eye of qualified monitors, at very affordable cost. Furthermore, most of the programs have family discounts. It is important to remember that a Passeport-loisir is required.

There is no limit to the number of children that can be registered in the Day camp, from July 2 and August 17, and the Daycare service, from July 2 to August 24. However, the majority of the activities in the Excursions and Specialized Camps programs can accommodate a limited number of participants. La Centrale is a program for teenagers from 13–15 years of age. The Apprentice-monitors program will allow young people from 14 to 16 years of age to receive training with a view to becoming an animator. The Integration program will receive 30 kids living with a disability.

Registration runs until May 19 at the Centre culturel Vanier, 15 Maple Boulevard (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 12 to 6 p.m. / Thursday and Friday – 12 to 9 p.m. / Saturday – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Information: 450.698.3100.
