There is a water-main break at 47 Pilon street. Municipal employees are actually repairing the pipe. During the reparation the water will be cut for about 20 residences. Visit our website regularly for more details.

Due to the significant amounts of rain received this week, the Châteauguay River is currently under close surveillance in the Ville de Châteauguay area.

Although the rising water level of the river has been stable since last night, the river has reached its early warning threshold and is under close observation. 5 to 10 mm of rain is still expected on Friday, but the slower pace of precipitation predicts that the increase in the threshold of the river will remain under control.
