  • Ciné-club Châteauguay is made possible by a partnership with the Association des cinémas parallèles du Québec (ACPQ).

    The ACPQ’s mission:

    • To bring together and represent non-commercial film organizations in Québec in order to promote film culture and develop diversified and high-quality cinematographic entertainment options.

This mission is achieved through two general objectives:

    • To provide people all across Québec with the opportunity to see more film productions, from Québec and around the world, on the big screen.
    • To help Quebecers develop a better understanding of cinema through historical knowledge, criticism and practices and to enhance cinematographic education, especially for youth.
