Activ’Été Day Camp 2022 : Registrations starting Saturday, April 23

Châteauguay, April 12, 2022 – Starting this April 23 and up to May 14, registrations will be held for the 2022 edition of the Activ’Été day camp. After the deadline, late registrations will be accepted for an additional charge of 25%.

The camp in short
The Activ’Été summer day camp will be held from July 4 to August 19 inclusive. The program, offered Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon, concerns children ages 5 to 13 and offers a variety of rewarding activities focused on recreation and sports.

The daycare service will be available in the morning and at the end of the day Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. as well as Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from noon to 6 p.m

Also addressing children ages 5 to 13 who want to discover or perfect their passions, such as dance, drawing, chemistry, etc., specialized camps will be offered in the weeks of June 27 to June 30 and August 22 to August 26. To consult the complete program, visit our website.

La Centrale 13-15 years old
La Centrale program for ages 13-15 will offer again this year a multitude of outings for the summer season starting July 4, up to Thursday, August 18. The list of activities offered will be available shortly. Registrations must be done in in person only, starting April 23, by visiting the counter at Centre culturel Georges-P.-Vanier (15 Boul. Maple) during business hours. We suggest you register soon, because places are limited.

“À la carte” excursions
Excursions are back this year. Between July 4 and August 19, a different outing will be offered each week for all age groups. Day camp registration is not required to benefit from the “À la carte” outings. To consult the complete program, visit our website.

Registrations
Registrations for all camp options will take place online or in person starting Saturday, April 23 at 9 a.m. To reserve your place online, all you need to do is click the “Registration” tab available on our website at ville.chateauguay.qc.ca/activ-été and follow the instructions. To register in person, visit Centre culturel G.-P.-Vanier (15 Boul. Maple) during business hours at the counter. The Passeport-loisir must be in good standing at the time of registration. Telephone assistance will be available at 450-698-3100 for the duration of the registration period.

We should also mention that the preregistration days for the Nautical Camp, which were held recently, were a great success. All the places available were filled for the 2022 season. However, there are still some places available for the Nautical Adventurer specialized camp. Methods of payment
Online, the fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. The methods of payment accepted are Visa and MasterCard. In person, it will be possible to pay the fees by credit or debit card, cash or cheque made out to Ville de Châteauguay. Amounts of over $200 can be paid in two equal instalments: 1st instalment, 50% of total cost at the time of registration and 2nd instalment by postdated cheque as of June 1st, 2022.
