The detailed list of materials accepted and refused at the ecocentre is available on the Beauharnois ecocentre’s website.
Exclusion for Châteauguay residents
The Beauharnois ecocentre branch collection service is reserved exclusively for residents of Beauharnois. The Ville de Châteauguay organizes twice a year branch collections usually in spring and fall for the residents of Châteauguay.
Bringing your materials to an ecocentre is an important effort as most items can enjoy a new life. In general, slightly more than 80% of materials brought to ecocentres can be recycled.
