Polydium (Indoor Pool)

The Polydium fitness centre is a complex with a 25-m pool and six swimming lanes, a fitness room and a room for group classes (yoga, Tabata, step, spinning, Zumba and more).

Several programs are offered: free swim for all, swimming lessons for children and adults, private courses, training, children’s parties, aquatic fitness classes, drop-in child care, etc.

The Club aquatique du Polydium de Châteauguay and the Club aquatique de Châteauguay des Maîtres nageurs both train there.

The Polydium fitness centre is managed by the not-for-profit organization Gestaforme inc.
