Please consult the information page on branch collections. It contains the collection dates, instructions on how to place branches and the reasons why some branches are not collected.

Report a problem in person
We recommend that you report problems by phone, email or via the Châteauguay – MyAccount application.
You can also report a problem in person at the service desk at city hall.
