Report a problem: Events, courses and activities

The citizen services team organizes many events, courses and activities every week.  Your feedback is important to maintain a high level of quality and safety for all residents.

Five ways to report a problem:

  • You can report a problem via the B-CITI mobile application.

    NEW MOBILE APPLICATION IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021

    In the first quarter of 2021 the B-CITI system will be replaced by the new CITIZEN SERVICES ACCOUNT and the new MOBILE APPLICATION launched by the city.

    With the new mobile application, you can take photos of the problem and your request will be forwarded to the city division responsible for this type of intervention.

    Your request will be recorded on your CITIZEN SERVICES ACCOUNT and you will be informed when the problem has been solved!

    • Description and location of the problem.
    • When the problem occurred (day and time), if required.
    • Your phone number (optional)

    Citizen services: 450 698-3000

    Monday to Thursday: 8.30 a.m. to noon and 1.15 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
    Friday: 8.30 a.m. to noon

  • Report a problem in person

    We recommend that you report problems by phone, email or via the B-CITI application.

    You can also report a problem in person at the service desk at city hall.
