The citizen services team works closely with many organizations and associations in the city. Your feedback is important to help these organizations offer high-quality, affordable and safe services.

We recommend that you report problems by phone, email or via the Châteauguay – MyAccount application.
You can also report a problem in person at the service desk at city hall.
