Solicitation permit

Before doing business with a door-to-door canvasser, make sure that the canvasser has a permit from the Office de la protection du consommateur as well as a permit issued by the City. You can consult the organizations that currently hold such a permit through the following link:

    NEW MOBILE APPLICATION IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021

    In the first quarter of 2021 the B-CITI system will be replaced by the new CITIZEN SERVICES ACCOUNT and the new MOBILE APPLICATION launched by the city.

    With the new mobile application, you can take photos of the problem and your request will be forwarded to the city division responsible for this type of intervention.

    Your request will be recorded on your CITIZEN SERVICES ACCOUNT and you will be informed when the problem has been solved!

    Monday to Thursday: 8.30 a.m. to noon and 1.15 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
    Friday: 8.30 a.m. to noon

  • Report a problem in person

    We recommend that you report problems by phone, email or via the B-CITI application.

    You can also report a problem in person at the service desk at city hall.
