Five ways to report a problem:

  • You can report a problem via the B-CITI mobile application.

    To get the B-CITI application

NEW MOBILE APPLICATION IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021

In the first quarter of 2021, the B-CITI system will be replaced by the new CITIZEN SERVICES ACCOUNT and the new MOBILE APPLICATION launched by the city.

With the new mobile application, you can take photos of the problem and your request will be forwarded to the city division responsible for this type of intervention.

The system will automatically identify the location of the problem using geopositioning.

Your request will be recorded on your CITIZEN SERVICES ACCOUNT and you will be informed when the problem has been solved!
