Report a Problem

Report a problem: Trees and branches

By reporting a problem with the city’s trees, you can help the horticulture team to maintain the trees and ensure the safety of residents.

Five ways to report a problem:

  • You can report a problem using the new mobile application MyAccount – Châteauguay.

Download the application on your mobile device today

The new Châteauguay – MyAccount application replaces the B-CITI application.

The City will stop using the B-CITI application as of June 3, 2021.

  • Use the new MyAccount system to report a problem to the citizen services team.
