Water Inlet

You can have the water inlet on your property detected, repaired or ajusted by the City.

To requests to turn off or on the water, please inform us 24 hours in advance to allow us to coordinate our teams.

You can submit the request in either of the following ways:

  • You can make a request using the mobile application MyAccount – Châteauguay.

  • Use the MyAccount platform to make your request to the citizen services team.

  • Making the request by email

    Send your request by email to the following address, remembering to include your contact details:

  • Making the request by phone

    Make your request by calling the citizen services team:

    450-698-3000

    Monday to Thursday: 8.30 a.m. to noon and 1.15 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
    Friday: 8.30 a.m. to noon

  • Making the request in person

    We recommend that you make requests by phone, email or via the Châteauguay – MyAccount application.

    You can also make your request in person at the service desk at city hall.
